Required Documents
- Bill of Lading
- Commercial Invoice
- Freight Invoice(Required when the freight amount is not shown on the commercial invoice.)
- FIMEX File(Required for roll-on/roll-off (Ro-Ro) vehicle shipments to Cameroon.)
Application Timeline
- All BESCs must be validated 48 hours before the vessel arrives at destination.
Important Notes
- Household goods without a commercial invoice will require both a packing list and export declaration.
- Commercial invoices must contain the name and address of the shipper and consignee, an invoice number and unit prices of the cargo.
