Scope of services
AfriCTN provides online ECTN and related cargo tracking certificate applications, quotes, status tracking, and supporting agency services. Available destinations, fees, and timelines are subject to platform notices and staff confirmation.
Your responsibilities
You must ensure submitted information and documents are accurate, complete, and valid. You are responsible for customs, delay, or loss arising from false or incomplete data. Keep account credentials secure.
Fees and refunds
Quotes and charges are confirmed in orders or payment notices. Refund rules for policy changes, document issues, or cancellation follow written staff guidance and published policies.
Intellectual property
Platform content, branding, and systems are owned by AfriCTN or licensors unless stated otherwise. Unauthorized copying or commercial use is prohibited.
Disclaimer
We are not liable for indirect losses caused by force majeure, destination-country policy changes, or third-party system failures beyond our reasonable control. We will assist where possible. These terms are governed by applicable PRC law.
