- Commercial Invoice
- Freight Invoice（Required when the freight amount is not shown on the commercial invoice.）
- Export Declaration
Application Timeline
- Apply as soon as booking is confirmed; a valid certificate number must be obtained before vessel loading at the latest.
Important Notes
- Amendments for ECTN made after validation are subject to additional charges.
- If you are using Burundi for transit shipments, you are exempt from the ECTN waiver in certain cases.
