Common Mandatory Documents

  • Commercial Invoice: Must show detailed cargo description, HS code, unit price, total value, and trade terms
  • Packing List: Itemized list of packages, gross/net weight, volume, shipping marks
  • Bill of Lading: Ocean B/L or house B/L

Country-Specific Documents

  • Freight Invoice
  • Export Declaration

Document Consistency

All documents must be consistent: shipper, consignee, cargo description, quantities, and values must match across all paperwork. Inconsistencies may result in rejection or additional amendment fees.
